DYNAMIC WATERJET CUTTING

Jamieson Welding has been waterjet cutting since 2005. All of our profiles are cut with a dynamic cut head, which minimises kerf taper to almost 0º (Dynamic Waterjet, DWJ)

Over this time we have been involved with specialised industries requiring clean, cold cutting to hold the integrity of the material properties and validity of the certification. DWJ delivery condition assists to minimise further work having to be carried out on the parts due to no thermal influence or stresses on the material. This ensures less processing time further down the line. 

We have a rigorous consumable monitoring cycle to keep on top of the cut quality. Minimising wash on the cut edge and holding tighter tolerances.
